Warranty and Returns

Suplove guarantees that Suplove products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This excludes cosmetic defects. If warranty service is needed on any product sold through Suplove, please return it to us with your proof of purchase.

Defective products will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Suplove and the company is the sole judge on warranty issues. If product is deemed under warranty, Suplove will cover the shipping costs associated with getting repaired or replacement boards or paddles back to the customer.

The shipping of warranty or replacement items will be shipped to the original ship to address. Should the item need to ship to a different address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges that may occur due to final destination change.

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Freight damage

  • Improper storage

  • Improper use and/or abuse

  • Incorrect transportation

  • Damage due to exposure to extreme heat

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Color fading due to UV radiation

To obtain full warranty coverage, the board registration form must be submitted within 30 days from date of purchase. Failure to register within 30 days may render the warranty null and void.


Shipping is FREE for boards and products shipping to the Continental US.

Remote Location charges can apply. You will be notified if your address falls into the category.

Due to the custom nature of our boards and heavy ship schedules we endeavor to ship all orders within 7 business days. Shipping applies to Ground service, and to orders shipping directly within the continental U.S.

Shipping for returns, exchanges, or refunds will be paid by buyer

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Quotes can be provided on shipments to:

  • Orders to Hawaii and Alaska

  • Expedited orders (3-Day, 2-Day, Next day)

  • International orders


Prior to signing documents from shipping companies, please fully inspect the contents for potential damage sustained in shipping. Once inspection is complete and you see no shipping damages, you can sign documents for your order. If you or any third party receives your order and signs documents prior to inspecting the contents of the order, Suplove is no longer responsible for any damaged content.

If you inspect the order and do find damage from shipping, REFUSE the shipment and please contact Suplove immediately.


  • All SALE and CLEARANCE items are final. No returns on SALE/USED or CLEARANCE items.


  • You may return goods (excluding sale, clearance items, boards and paddles) for any reason within 10 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund. All items must be unused and in new condition, with all manufacturer tags attached. All items that are returned and received used or not in resell condition; will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.

  • Allow 1-2 work weeks from date we receive the return to process and credit the account used in original order.
