The core
activities of Suplove are the provision of
recreational water activities and the manufacture and sale of equipment for
those recreational water activities.
Suplove has the following privacy policies:

Collection
Suplove will not collect personal information unless it is
necessary for one or more of its functions or activities.
Client
information may be collected:
•at the time
of booking a lesson or class
•prior to the
commencement of a lesson or class
•during a lesson
or class
•at the time
of enquiring about or making a purchase of equipment
•at a trade
show, trial day, display or seminar
•at the
request of that person
For the
purposes of:
•processing payment
•determining client
suitability for type of training and/or products
•direct
marketing by Suplove of related products and services
The
information will be collected lawfully and fairly, and not in an unreasonably
intrusive way.
2. Use and Disclosure
Suplove will not use or disclose personal information
about clients other than for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
Where Suplove uses the information for direct marketing purposes,
Suplove will ensure that it is not sensitive
information and that the client has the opportunity to suppress their
information from further marketing campaigns at no charge.

Data Quality
Suplove will reasonably ensure that the personal
information collected, used or disclosed is accurate, complete and up to date.
When the information is no longer needed, Suplove
will take reasonable steps to destroy personal information.

Data Security
Reasonable
steps are taken to protect the personal information held by Suplove
from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access,
modification or disclosure.
5. Access and Correction
Clients
can request access to their personal information that is kept on record. If the
client believes that any information is incorrect or out of date, they may, of
course, ask Suplove to correct it.
Written
consent for disclosure of information is required to be sent to Suplove by the individual to access personal information
and may not be otherwise disclosed without the individual’s written consent.
There is
no fee for requesting access to client's information, however Suplove may charge for reasonable cost of processing the
request.
Requests
by clients to suppress their own information from the direct marketing database
will be processed free of charge and may be directed to Suplove
in writing.
6.
Trans-Border Data Flows
Suplove will only transfer personal information about an
individual to a foreign country with less privacy protection in specified
circumstances.
It is the
policy of Suplove not to transfer sensitive or
personal information to countries with a lower level of privacy protection.
Services which identify individuals and which are available to non-subscribers
via the Suplove website are limited to data regarding
companies and businesses and widely available information sources.
